Senior Services
Betsy Gotbaum visits seniors at the Ravenswood senior center in Queens.

Since becoming Public Advocate, Betsy Gotbaum has focused on the needs and problems of seniors. She established a Senior Action Line, staffed by senior volunteers, specifically to help seniors resolve problems with City agencies or access the services for which they qualify.

The Senior Action Line can be reached Monday through Friday between 11am and 1pm at 212-669-7670.
